We control and operate this website from our offices – 48 Compton Road, Wolverhampton, WV3 9PH, UK. Accordingly the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this website and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our website from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between Santa’s Post Office and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.

Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you and Santa’s Post Office irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.

By submitting your order to Santa’s Post Office, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and will abide by these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENTS

Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the site are in UK pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time. We offer free worldwide delivery.

You can pay via a debit or credit card or via PayPal. (You don’t require a PayPal account to order a letter.)

The contract shall not have been concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details and we have accepted your online order and sent you confirmation by return email to the address you have given us during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to cancel, refund or refuse any order.

Please double check your personalisation / artwork of the letter before you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to change it.

DELIVERY

All letter come with free worldwide delivery.

When ordering you can request the date you would like the letter to be dispatched. This can be in 2-3 working days or a date in the future. If you request 2-3 working days, the letter will be dispatched in 2-3 working day via 1st class Royal Mail. If you select a date in the future it will be dispatched on that day via 1st class Royal Mail.

Please note that our delivery dates may be affected by public holidays and some geographic locations.

REFUND POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once your letter has been dispatched.

We take no responsibility if you misspell the personalisation on your order.

As this is a personalised product, returns will not be accepted unless your order is damaged, or if there is an error caused by Santa’s Post Office.
