Royal Mail 24 - Order before 22nd December 2026 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

1st Class - Order before 18th December 2026 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

2nd Class - Order before 10th December 2026 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Letters from Santa

All personalised letters from Santa are sent via Royal Mail. When ordering you can choose to send your letter from Santa by Royal Mail 24, 1st class or 2nd class. Royal Mail aim to delivery Royal Mail 24 the next working day, excluding Sunday's. 1st class takes 1-3 working days and 2nd class around 5 working days to arrive once dispatched. When ordering you can request your letter to be dispatched as soon as possible, or on a date closer to Christmas. During busy periods some areas may take a little longer.
